Paris, E. Michallet, (1696). The title-page printed in red and black. Contemporary rather worn leather binding with raised bands, gilt spine and board-edges and label in faded red morocco. Loss of some leather at the top of the spine and with cracks in the front and back hinge but binding is intact. Leather around book edges is worn due to its age. With some neat contemporary notes in the margin. With a gorgeous book plate on the inside front cover. Some watermarks throughout. Contemporary calf with gilt spine. Last know book sold I could find was at Christie's in 2013 for GPB 625.
