Undamaged and Unopened Items:

These may be returned within 10 days of the order's delivery date at the buyer's expense (see exclusions above). No credit will be given for the original postage paid to have the order shipped to you. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or order confirmation email. Please email to notify us that you are returning items. All refunds will be issued as merchandises credit or a 25% restocking fee.

If you pay for your order using paypal it WILL NOT speed up your delivery. We process the orders in the order in which they were received. Not by the method of payment. We suggest you do NOT pay for wholsale orders with your paypal account. 
General Order Information - 
We ship wholesale orders to qualified buyers only. YOU MUST LOG IN to place a wholesale order. Orders will not be adjusted. We have a minimum opening order of $150.00 and a minimum re-order of $150.00. Each item has a wholesale minimum. If you do not meet the item minimum you will be charged retail. Orders less than $150.00 will not be processed. Orders that do not meet quantity minimum will automatically be bumped up. Once you log in all prices are wholesale, in U.S. dollars. YOU MUST LOG IN to place a wholesale order. Prices subject to change without notice as the paper market is continually fluctuating.  All orders are shipped U.P.S. from Gulfport MS and or Justin TX unless other arrangements are made. Cost of shipping is added to all invoices. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Damages - 
All Damages must be reported directly to freight carrier. Call UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877. Call Fed Ex directly at 1-800-463-3339. All cartons and packing materials must be saved and may be disposed of after 7 days if freight carrier does not come to inspect packaging. All claims must be reported within seven days of receipt of goods. If you need to report a claim directly to us it must be done within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We strive to offer our customers the highest quality items at exceptional values while keeping everything "Made In The U.S.A.". We make every attempt to make sure that the color is consistent but slight variations may occur. All the items are hand made and occasionally there are variations in the finished color, size and embellishments.
